Intelligence Briefing

I am a survivor of fighting the Beast—just like most of you who have made it here.
While I am not a medical doctor and will never tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t do, I decided to create this space for my fellow sufferers after gathering data, resources, and personal insights that I wish I’d had when I was first hit with this plague.
I have invested hundreds—if not thousands—of hours into research, trial and error, and self-education. Although I won’t discuss medical treatments or prescriptions, I will talk about things that truly mattered in my journey: triggers, nutrition, meal prep, prevention tactics, abortive strategies, supplements, and supportive products.
These are things not a single doctor ever mentioned to me, and I wish they had.
I’ll try to keep things short and to the point rather than overwhelming you with personal details—but if you ever have questions, ideas, or recommendations, feel free to reach out through the contact page.

Intelligence: The Condition

Cluster Headaches are not just headaches; they are a neurological event involving the Trigeminal Nerve.

  • The Clock: Controlled by the hypothalamus.
  • The Nerve: Pain signals fire behind one eye.
  • The Trigger: Vasodilation presses tissue against the nerve.

The Mission

Everything here exists purely out of empathy, respect, and care for my fellow brothers and sisters in pain. I won't mention prescriptions, but I will talk about what you can control: Nutrition and Tactics.

I consider myself one of the more fortunate ones —being episodic— and I honestly can’t imagine what those battling chronic forms endure. My heart truly goes out to you.

I'd like to mention that I gain no direct benefit from putting this together, and I’m not trying to sell anything. This is not a storefront or an advertisement. You will however find a tab that lists products which personally help me through each episode and if anyone ever chooses to try one of these products, I’d genuinely appreciate it if you used my links. The small return helps cover hosting and development costs and keeps this page alive. I’m not asking for donations of any kind. That’s all.

You’re not alone here!
Welcome.
